wayne plans to plead guilty on tomorrow in order to avoid doing a "bid"up to 15 years in jail.by pleading guilty he would do 8 months , for a gun charge stemming from a 2007 incident where a .40 caliber gun was found loaded on his tour bus. if he chooses to take the plea deal which he most likely will if he's as much of a genius as he says he is.he could begin his 8 months as early as feb.2010. did i mention that a source says dna has been found?hmph... he'll take the plea.keep in mind that wayne also has yet to be punished for his most recent run in with johnny law on the drugs and weapons that were found on his tourbus in 2008.weezy weezy weezy smh [ "hm hmm hmm i can not relate" -juice.drake]
